Overview
A mobile-first application for airline crew — pilots and flight attendants — who manage finances and coordinate schedules while constantly travelling across time zones. The platform treats mobile as the primary experience.
The challenge
Crew members operate under unique constraints: daily time-zone changes, a need for financial clarity without complexity, and no purpose-built tools. The interface had to be immediately usable with minimal friction, since users have little downtime between flights.
The solution
A mobile dashboard prioritizing flight tracking and weather at the top, financial tools in the middle (automated invoicing, benefit tracking, currency conversion via Revolut), and social features below — including a 'Who's Nearby' function showing crew at the same layover. Every interaction is optimized for one-handed use.
