Overview
INFOHOUSE is a Sarajevo-based foundation focused on civic engagement, media literacy, and anti-corruption education across Bosnia and Herzegovina. It needed a site that could clearly communicate multiple program verticals without feeling like a rigid bureaucratic structure.
The challenge
Many foundations with diverse initiatives end up with confusing websites. INFOHOUSE needed its mission and impact to be immediately clear, with each program discoverable — without visitors having to understand the internal organizational hierarchy first.
The solution
We reorganized the information architecture around impact and audience rather than departments. The homepage emphasizes mission and measurable outcomes; programs are grouped by audience served (schools, journalists, civic groups) rather than internal naming. A searchable resource library houses publications, with accessible typography and a neutral institutional palette.
Outcome
- Impact-centered IA replacing departmental navigation
- Programs organized by audience, not internal titles
- Searchable resource library for publications and materials
- WCAG-compatible typography and layout
