Overview
A full-stack digital ecosystem that transformed how stand-up comedy events are organized in Germany. It connected promoters, comedians, and audiences while replacing manual spreadsheets and cash workflows with integrated systems.
The challenge
Three distinct user types — comedians, event promoters, and ticket buyers — each needed a tailored experience within a single coherent product, with different goals and workflows.
The solution
We created separate journeys for each role: comedians got an application flow with ranking and payout dashboards; promoters got event publishing tools with real-time analytics and Eventim integration; ticket buyers got a mobile-first purchase and QR-validated entry system. An admin layer unified everything, and native iOS and Android apps followed the web MVP.
Outcome
