FlappinGo povezuje evropske putnike s domaćinima radi razmjene domova i gostoprimstva. Responzivna web i native mobilna platforma počiva na ideji da smisleno putovanje ne mora biti skupo — potrebni su povjerenje, transparentnost i dizajn-sistem uz koji se domaćini i gosti osjećaju jednako ugodno.
Izazov
Platforme za razmjenu domova u potpunosti ovise o povjerenju. Domaćinima treba sigurnost u vezi s gostima koji ulaze u njihov dom; putnicima dovoljno informacija da se odluče na boravak u nepoznatom. Srž problema bio je interfejs koji spaja kredibilitet i toplinu — bez pritiska komercijalnih platformi za rezervacije.
Rješenje
Smiren vizuelni identitet okrenut zajednici, na obje platforme. Profili domaćina ističu ličnost kroz fotografije i opise jednostavnim jezikom, s jasno navedenom dostupnošću. Sistem verifikacijskih bedževa gradi povjerenje bez birokratije, a tok razmjene u središte stavlja obostrani dogovor umjesto trenutne rezervacije, uz poruke unutar aplikacije prije potvrde.
